This custom connected home was designed with the use of Control4 home automation products. With more than 20 zones of audio, 10 zones of distributed video, advanced lighting control with comfort and convenience integration, this design took control of all subsystems in the home. Designed with a forward looking mindset that allows for future growth and technical updates.

A scalable network runs the infrastructure of all connected devices, including:
Honeywell security systems, Lift Master garage doors, Infratech Patio Heaters, Heat & Glo fire- places, Samsung TV’s and Hunter Douglas Powerview Shades. These subsystems work in unison to provide unparal- leled, simple control of all sys- tems in the home providing en- ergy saving and easy control from multiple devices.
